Frank has represented private and municipal clients before the Michigan Tax Tribunal in a variety of tax matters. His litigation experience also includes the representation of both property owners and condemning authorities in eminent domain matters.
During law school, Frank was a Clarence M. Burton Scholar and a Francis B. Crowley Constitutional Law Scholar. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Alpha Sigma Nu scholarly fraternities. He authored "Evidence of a Manufacturer's Post-Injury Product Warning is Admissible in a Strict Liability Action," 62 University of Detroit Law Review 133 (1985).
Frank is admitted to practice in the courts and tribunals of the State of Michigan, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan and the United States Tax Court.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and District of Columbia Bar.
