Thomas R. Luplow practices business law. Tom represents many individuals and businesses in a wide variety of transactions, including, business planning; formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; purchase and sale of businesses; shopping center developments; planned unit developments; condominiums; tax deferred exchanges; commercial leasing; oil, gas and mineral issues; water-related property rights; and zoning matters. He also represents several homeowner and condominium associations. Tom also advises clients in the areas of estate planning and business planning.
Tom is a Saginaw native and a committed community volunteer. Tom is a member of the Saginaw Community Foundation Grant Distribution Committee having served on the committee for many years. Tom was the coordinator for the initial acquisition, leasing and construction of the Saginaw Township Soccer Complex. He has served United Way in a number of capacities, including, chairperson of the Fund Distribution Committee, chairperson of the Literacy Task Force, member of the Executive Committee and on three occasions has been the chairperson of the Executive Director Search Committee. Tom has received the United Way's Harry S. Lund Volunteer Award.
