Biography
Frank has over thirty years of experience representing clients in civil litigation tax disputes.
Frank is admitted to practice in the courts and tribunals of the State of Michigan, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan and the United States Tax Court.
He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, District of Columbia Bar, and United States Tax Court.
During law school, Frank was a Clarence M. Burton Scholar and a Francis B. Crowley Constitutional Law Scholar. He authored "Evidence of a Manufacturer's Post-Injury Product Warning is Admissible in a Strict Liability Action," 62 University of Detroit Law Review 133 (1985).
