Our clients include organizations engaged in human service activities, the arts and humanities, education, healthcare, recreation, civic improvement, etc. Some are private foundations and endowments, while others are public charities with operating programs.

Federal income tax issues with particular reference to Section 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) and 509(a); private inurement/private benefit issues; Michigan tax issues including property tax and sales tax issues; charitable trust registration and solicitation license issues; etc.
